Our 17th Festival is now over but has, with out doubt, been our most successful yet. This year 12,000 people attended ActewAGL’s Amazing World of Science, we celebrated the science of Beer, Sex, Beauty and How to Make a Million and dozens of the most imaginative people from the world of science came to share their ideas.

In total, 68,000 visitors came, enjoyed, were thrilled, entertained, mystified and enlightened by our celebration of science and technology.

Canberra is unquestionably still home to one of the greatest Science Festival’s in the world!

The Australian Science Festival dates for 2010 are 26 - 29 May, we will be celebrating the International Year of the Earth with a focus on the environment.
